About the event
Staff working in neonatal care bring huge passion, care and skill. The dedication of neonatal staff to their work with babies and families is striking, but can come at a cost. Many of our colleagues, and we ourselves, experience significant challenges to our wellbeing in our work.
In this webinar we will explore the impact on us of moral dilemmas, intense caregiving relationships, uncertainty, trauma and more. We will discuss the individual and collective steps we can take to sustain ourselves and our wellbeing.
This webinar, presented by Ruth Butterworth and Davy Evans, will provide new ways to think and act: applying theory into practice.
We will be hosting and recording the webinar on Zoom. Ticket holders will receive a link to the Zoom call up to a week prior to the webinar time. Ticket purchase will include free access to the webinar recording for 2 months after the webinar…
