Communication is a key skill to ensure Family Integrated Care works as it should. It's often derailed when intense emotions and conflict arise. But in perinatal care, conflict is unavoidable. We will explore ways to understand conflict - within families, within teams and between teams and families - and discuss tools to help navigate it. And how to repair afterwards.
This webinar, presented by Davy Evans with special guest Rebecca Chilvers, will provide new ways to think and act: applying theory into practice.
