About the event
Caring for others is at the core of working in a neonatal unit. It is what brings most of us to this work. Providing care is only part of the story though. We also have the capacity to receive care from others, and provide care to ourselves.
In this webinar we will discuss how our own wellbeing and that of our teams can benefit from a greater balance and depth of providing and receiving care. We will explore what makes this tricky, and think about how we can navigate our own fears, blocks and resistances to giving and receiving care and compassion in neonatal care.
This webinar, presented by Davy Evans with special guest Rebecca Chilvers, will provide new ways to think and act: applying theory into practice.
