About the event

The irony of imposter syndrome is that it seems to be the one unifying experience of those working across healthcare. And nowhere moreso than in neonatal care. It can also be very painful and undermining of our confidence and our very selves.


In this webinar we will explore why self-criticism is such a universal experience for neonatal staff and discuss it's consequences: both the shadow and the light. We will share ideas for how to work with our inner critic, harnessing its helpful origins and unhooking from it's corrosive potential.


This webinar, presented by Ruth Butterworth with special guest Rebecca Chilvers, will provide new ways to think and act: applying theory into practice.
