Webinar terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using a ticket for a Relational Practice webinar. These terms and conditions supplement the wider Website terms and conditions.
What is in these terms?
These terms tell you the rules for redeeming tickets purchased through The Relational Practice for educational webinars.
Accepting these terms
By purchasing a ticket to one of our webinars, or by joining the video conferencing link, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase tickets for or attend one of these events..
Changes to these terms
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
Terms
By purchasing a ticket for a Relational Practice webinar, you agree to the following terms:
1. Individual ticket:
This ticket grants access to a single viewer only. Sharing the webinar link or recording, or streaming the event to multiple participants without a group ticket is prohibited.
2. Team & Group Viewing:
If you intend to view this webinar with a team (more than one person, whether in the same room or remotely), you must purchase a group ticket:
2.1. Small Group tickets: are available for groups of between 2 and 10 people and include shared access to the webinar and the recording for a group of that size.
2.2. Large Group tickets: are available for groups of more than 10 people and include shared access to the webinar and the recording for a group of that size.
3. Fair Use:
Trust is a core value of relational practice. We do not have any means of strictly monitoring compliance with these terms and conditions and therefore trust our audience to honour these terms and support the creators and facilitators behind this event.
Trust grows with transparency. In light of this, we ask viewers to join the webinars with their cameras switched on whenever possible. This helps us be aware of who has joined us for these events.
Unauthorized group viewing or redistribution may result in revoked access and/or further action.
5. Certificates of attendance:
We do not routinely provide certificates of attendance at our webinars but can do so by request. If you wish to receive a certificate of attendance, please contact us to request this, providing the names of the individuals for whom you would a certificate produced. The number of certificates of attendance provided will be limited to the number of viewers covered by the ticket you have purchased.
