In neonatal care we often hear staff describing a tension between a desire to 'be kind' and a worry that this can leave some team members feeling unseen or even taken advantage of.

This webinar will explore how compassion, courage and boundaries are intertwined - and introduces ideas to build on a sense of community and a more collective responsibility for nurturing each other within our teams.
